Personal Assistant to the Director

Part time - 3 days per week


We are a boutique marketing and communications agency driven by a desire to connect with our clients, with their audiences and with each other. As our clients’ sidekicks, we immerse ourselves in their entire organisation, developing marketing and communications strategy from all sides, not simply responding to a one-dimensional brief.  If that means donning a hardhat and steel capped boots one day, and surgical scrubs the next, that’s what we do to ensure we walk the talk.

This position is available as a result of unprecedented growth.  Our business growth comes as a result of word of mouth from satisfied clients and the desire to stay boutique and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Our Director is a perfectionist.  She is driven and has high expectations of the people around her.  She will never let “good enough” be enough and will push herself and those around her to excel every time. You are an excellent organiser and communicator, thrive in a creative environment and are committed to delighting our clients and our team with superior and meaningful outcomes. Specifically, you:

  • Must have outstanding written skills and excellent understanding of spelling, grammar and writing for different audiences

  • Must be able to work autonomously

  • Pride yourself on your excellent attention to detail

  • Are a brilliant listener – this helps us get to the heart of the work we do for our clients, and each other

  • Work with pride, honesty, respect and integrity in all you do

  • Are good with metrics, analytics and data for planning and reporting

  • Have experience in a similar role, and;

  • Love what you do!

Experience in a PR, advertising or media agency environment is advantageous, but not essential.
